What a treat to have this restaurant so close to The Woodlands! The little restaurant reminded me of being at a cafe in Paris. Sweet owners, great service and awesome food! I was quite surprised with the pizza and loved their French breakfast! We loved their creme brulee pancakes as well! Please give this family owned restaurant a try! You won't be disappointed.

Super cute spot! Food and drinks are really good! The pizza tastes just the exact same as when I was in Italy! Definitely a must when in Conroe!

Our waiter, Michael, was particularly helpful and knowledgeable about the menu, ensuring that our dining experience was both enjoyable and informative. The presentation of the food was nothing short of artful. Each dish was beautifully crafted, making it almost too stunning to eat. However, the flavors were just as delightful as the visual appeal, making every bite a true pleasure. And let's not forget the desserts! The sweet treats at Paulette Cafe capture the essence of French patisserie with exquisite taste and presentation. Additionally, the owner, Natalie, is incredibly sweet and kind, adding a personal touch to the overall experience. Her dedication to quality and customer satisfaction is evident, and it truly enhances the welcoming atmosphere of the cafe. We dined with a diverse group, including our son and his girlfriend, a very good friend of our daughter's, and my husband and I, spanning ages from 20s to 50s. Everyone loved the food, proving that Paulette Cafe has something to delight every palate. I had the French dish Croque Madame, which was heavenly, along with a Sunrise Mimosa. My husband and our son both enjoyed the Country French. Our son's girlfriend indulged in the Creme Brulee Pancakes, while our daughter's friend had the French Crepe. We all savored Sunrise Mimosas and cappuccinos. Everything was wonderful. They also helped make my birthday special, adding an extra layer of joy to our visit. If you have a chance, I highly recommend making a reservation. We chose the restaurant at 9 PM the night before our brunch, so they were closed at the time. There weren’t any real tables available when we arrived, but Michael kindly asked a couple if they would move to a table for two and thanked them graciously, which gave us enough room to eat. However, next time we'll be sure to make a reservation to ensure we have a table ready when we arrive. Overall, Paulette Cafe is a gem of a restaurant, offering a genuine taste of France right here. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an exceptional dining experience. I will definitely be returning soon!

Just wow! I feel like there aren’t good enough words to describe our experience... The staff was attentive and polite, but the food, the food was PERFECTION! Owners had a cafe in France and moved here (praise God). You can taste the authenticity in every bite! Literally the best croissant and pancake I’ve ever had. Truly a hidden gem!

We often try to visit a new restaurant after church on Sundays. I’ve been wanting to come here for a while affer seeing the amazing reviews. I am so happy that we did. I have a feeling that it may be our go to Sunday spot. The food was AMAZING! My husband and I both agree that their croissants are the best we have ever had. Everything was great: salad, pancakes, bacon, .... Everything. We decided to order their pizza after our waitress told us that the crust is made from different types of flour, making it have a lighter texture. We are glad that we did. It was very good! I wish I caught our waitress’s name. She was amazing as well. She made sure to answer any questions we had, asked if we needed anything and was super kind to our six year old son. Being that Paulette’s is downtown makes it extra nice; especially if you enjoy visiting the other local shops. I love the antique shops there. We will for sure be back!

A unique French bistro you don’t want to pass on. Cappuccino and Paulette Breakfast was delicious. A must try hidden gem is you are passing or visiting Conroe.

I found this place on Google because I was craving dessert after dinner. Such a cute French inspired cafe! The creme brulee cheesecake was so yummy as well as the peach crepe. Also ordered an espresso, really strong! The decor and music definitely is half the experience, come check them out!

What can I say, the food was delicious and beaitiful. The service was top notch and the atmosphere was stylish and peaceful. So glad to have found a little piece of France in the area. I can't wait to go back.
